Oolong tea is among some of the oldest circulating in the tea market today. With a taste more similar to green tea then to black tea, oolong tea really makes it own as it posses neither the sweet aroma of black tea, nor the stridently grassy vegetal notes which are usually found in green tea. Oolong tea is brewed very strong, with an initial pulse of bitterness leaving a sweet and tangy aftertaste. Depending on the variety different tastes will become exposed.
