The large-leafed, green tea from the mountain regions of the province of Fujian is plucked and processed during spring time, but only in summer is it ennobled with the high-quality jasmine blossoms. The result is an unbelievably fresh and at the same time very sweet scent. The broad, fleshy, wiry, very beautiful leaf is characteristic of its appearance just as the pretty silvery-white leaf tips are. The infusion shows that only the finest shoots were processed. The jasmine blossoms are so carefully sieved that they can only be picked out in very small quantities. These efforts are rewarded with a very elegant and light jasmine note.
