Pai Mu Tan and an exquisitely tipped Yunnan form the base. Cinnamon rods and freeze-dried apple pieces contrast with the light-colored leaves and let you dream. Ingredients: China Sencha, Lung Ching, green Yunoan and Pai Mu Tan (90 % total tea), cinnamon rods, flavoring (lactose), freeze-dried apple pieces. Serving Size: 1 level tsp./6oz serving, Brew Temp: 176 to 194 degree F, Brew Time: 2 to 3 Minutes

Everything I expected it to be. The cup is subtle if steeped at 180°F for 2 min with 4oz of leaf in a fare sized infuser. More time would add more character to the cup, but not astringency. However I don't think I would go past 3 minutes or 185°F for this tea. The flavor lingers like a welcome friend, with a note of everything you like about holidays. Maybe it's just me, but I sense a slight nutty tone in the finish that I simply love. All said, this is a tea I will forever have in my collection...As always - Cheers and 茶是生命 <- = "Tea is Life"
