This crystallized honey varies in color from wax-white to ice-white. The
aroma is very delicate but distinctly floral. To the taste, this honey
is refreshingly sweet without ever becoming cloying. Produced in May.
Naturally balanced between sweet and sour taste of this honey makes its applications limitless. When used in baking instead of sugar, makes bread softer, fragrant and brown. very often it's used to make hard nougat.
