Produced at the end of June, from the flower of the noble Linden tree, which is still surrounded by an aura of mystical and sacred rituals. Well crystallized honey shows intense golden yellow hues of amber. The scent is fresh, minty, sweet, which refers to its flower. The taste of fresh spices with citrus and caramel undertones surprises with a long lasting finish of fresh walnuts and gently tart, licorice-like finish.
Combines well with all food cooked with sage, basil and lemon grass. Can be added to boiling water for noodles made of wheat or barley.
