Produced in July and August. Different nectar types give to this
runny "meditation" honey an amber color, sometimes darkened
by honeydew. It has a clear scent with notes of warm sugar and cooked
artichoke. Its flavor is elegant and yet decisive, reminiscent of wild quinine and
rhubarb. Not overly sweet, its long lasting flavor cycle finishes with
harmony among all the senses. Crystallizes very slowly.
