The Amarena Fabbri was invented by Rachele, Gennaro Fabbri’s wife during the 1900′s. Since 1905, Fabbri has selected the best wild strawberries and processed them according to a recipe unchanged for almost a century, the contents of which are a well-guarded secret, process that even today gives the same exquisite result.
Amarena Fabbri is ideal for a wide range of tasty specialties: on ice cream, in youghurt, for making and decorating cakes, desserts and drinks... or just simply enjoy from the jar with your favorite tea.
