Vietnam Lotus Chun Mee Type Green Tea
The Lotus Chun Mee has a very unique flavor thanks to its particularly elaborate production method: freshly harvested tea is wrapped in lotus leaves over night to absorb their scent. Depending on the desired intensity, this traditional procedure is repeated several times. Up to 1,000 lotus plants are used for premium qualities like ours. The dry leaf and the cup color are similar to a finely worked (Palace) Chun Mee. The taste is dominated by fresh, spicy flavors and an expressive lotus taste.
