I steeped a 24 oz teapot of this tea to accompany a breakfast of over easy eggs and toast after a morning run then walk filled with sunshine and warmth. The tea had a perfect subtle spiciness and smoothness throughout with undertones of subtle lemon, a note of vanilla that came from the oolong leaves, and a slight pepperiness though not overpowering from the basil. All the ingredients of the blend complimented each other. This blend steeped at 194°F was awesomely delicious, refreshing, and relaxing. I also sipped this tea alone and the smoothness, vanilla undertones, and slight pepperiness from the basil was still prevalent and complimented the oolong perfectly. Another winner tea blend from ESP Emporium. Note on resteeping: flavors noted above held on the resteeping and I was pleased with the consistent flavors.

This makes a wonderful iced tea. Mild yet very flavorful. I added a little lime and honey and wow-best iced tea I have had. Also made it in the iced tea maker sold here- what a great way to make iced tea and so easy. Great stuff ESPEmporium.
